Eastline at Fourth


A unique project to market the last large parcel of land in the Eastside, right on the Atlanta BeltLine, this was a fun opportunity to market a distinctive piece of the Old Fourth Ward. We leaned into the strong history of the area as well as local artwork and developments already in place in the district to create a custom brand, identity, website, and marketing deliverables for the seller team.
