After defining a strong need for our growing creative team to differentiate itself both internally and externally, we began to explore creating a unique identity for our in-house team. Starting with focus groups about our user experience, followed by researching into our teams perception and local/national needs, as well as a deep look at the competitive landscape, we worked together to build a distinctive identity and communications plan. This included many layers of promotional collateral, regionalized launch parties, a coordinated guerrilla social media campaign (which blasted across LinkedIn in one day and had all our internal teams buzzing!) internal video “ads”, a refreshed intranet site with best-in-class examples of work and updated resources, a printed coffee-table-style lookbook featuring a full team overview as well as work samples, and more.
Winner: 2022 In-House Design Award from Graphic Design USA for Promotion of an in-house agency
