Early on in the marketing for a brand-new development in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, we knew we needed a specialty deliverable our teams could use to showcase the property before there would be anything physical to see. We developed two “coffee table” style books, one for the office opportunities and one for the retail opportunities, as well as one overall property book, using the property branding, custom die-cuts, and specialty papers to sell the vision.
